Saddam Hossien is a Bangladeshi IT inventor, Entrepreneur and Social Organizer. He is also a Software Engineer. Saddam Hossein is the inventor of the security app Self Protect. He is also working as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Winky Tech Limited.

He was recognized as an innovator in the 2017-18 financial year by the Information and Communication Technology Department of the Government of Bangladesh for a mobile application called Citizen Security App Self Protect as part of his social security. He is the founding managing director and chief executive officer of Winky Tech Limited.

Saddam Hossien was born at July 4, 1992 in Babupur village of Mahajanpur union, under Mujibnagar upazila of Meherpur district. He is the eldest son of Md. Jamat Ali Biswas and Md. Shahanara Khatun. Sabrina Sultana is his wife.

Saddam Hossien completed his graduation course from Daffodil International University, Dhaka with a degree in Computer Science and Engineering(CSE). He also passed SSC from Mahajanpur Secondary School, Mujibnagar, Meherpur and HSC from Sohiuddin Degree College, Meherpur with distinction.

Self Protect, an effective security app for citizen safety, especially for women, is an invention of Wink Tech Limited. Since this new invention, innumerable achievements are constantly being added to the apps portfolio. 

In addition, in 2016, In the Access to Information (A2I) SOLVE-A-THON competition, Saddam Hossien won one place from top 10 which is organized by the Prime Ministers Office to solve civic problems. At the same time, Saddam Hossien won the one place from top 10 among two thousand innovators at Udvaboker Khoje.

Besides, Meherpur Digital Innovation Fair held in 2016 and 2017, won the title of Best Innovation and Young Innovator. The achievement book includes the award of the best young inventor in the 2016 Khulna Divisional Digital Innovation Fair.

Winky Tech Limited is a technology friendly company under Bangladesh Hi-Tech Park. Young Entrepreneur, Saddam Hossiens team Winky Tech Limited is working on various aspects of technology including apps development, Web App Development, Cyber Security, Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain etc. In addition, Saddam Hosseins team of software engineers is developing various information technology systems and providing services to clients.

Self Protect is the security app for public safety, especially womens safety. self-protection, the user must always keep active by installing the app.
